{"id":737,"date":"2022-03-16T12:34:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-16T12:34:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/howtohomemade.de\/?p=737"},"modified":"2023-07-24T21:20:22","modified_gmt":"2023-07-24T21:20:22","slug":"schaummaschine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/howtohomemade.de\/index.php\/blog\/schaummaschine\/","title":{"rendered":"Seifenschaummaschine"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Inspiriert von einem Youtube-Video hatte ich vor auch eine Seifenschaummaschine zu entwickeln, nur in etwas gr\u00f6\u00dfer&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der erste Prototyp war mit einem kleinem Plastikeimer und etwas Stoff von einem altem Shirt schnell entwickelte. Zuerst kommt ca. 200ml Wasser und 10ml Sp\u00fclmittel in den Eimer. Nun wird aus dem Shirt ein St\u00fcck Stoff ausgeschnitten, welches etwas gr\u00f6\u00dfer als die \u00d6ffnung des Eimers ist. Dieses St\u00fcck wird \u00fcber die \u00d6ffnung gelegt und dann mit Gummib\u00e4nder am Rand des Eimers befestigt. Jetzt muss nur noch Luft in den Eimer! Doch leider entstand trotzdem nicht viel mehr Schaum. Das Problem ist wohl, dass die Luft punktuell mit zu hohem Druck aus der Leitung kommt und so nicht genug Seife zum Sch\u00e4umen bringen kann. Nach der Entwicklung eines 3D gedruckten Diffusors sah es dann schon ganz anders aus. Der verwendete Kompressor kann etwa 200L pro Minute pumpen, so sollten alle 5min 1m\u00b2 an Schaum entstehen. Da jedoch auch so Luft entweicht ist sch\u00e4tzungsweise alle 10min 1m\u00b2 Schaum entstanden, was ziemlich gut ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex
