{"id":2133,"date":"2023-10-04T18:29:00","date_gmt":"2023-10-04T16:29:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/howtohomemade.de\/?p=2133"},"modified":"2023-10-05T19:24:19","modified_gmt":"2023-10-05T17:24:19","slug":"3-achs-cnc-controller-bauen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/howtohomemade.de\/index.php\/blog\/3-achs-cnc-controller-bauen\/","title":{"rendered":"3 Achs CNC Controller bauen"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um meine LowRider 3 CNC Fr\u00e4se einfacher steuern zu k\u00f6nnen, habe ich meinen eigenen 3 Achs CNC Controller entworfen und programmiert. Mit dem Controller soll es m\u00f6glich sein, die CNC Fr\u00e4se sowohl schnell, als auch genau, in alle drei Achsen bewegen zu k\u00f6nnen. F\u00fcr die 3 Achs Steuerung habe ich mich f\u00fcr einen 3 Achs Joystick entschieden, mit diesem soll die X-, Y- und Z-Achse bewegt werden k\u00f6nnen. Mit dem Knopf auf dem Joystick kann die Bewegung in Z Richtung blockiert werden, um zu verhindern, dass man die Fr\u00e4se ungewollt nach oben oder unten bewegt. Zudem habe ich mich f\u00fcr einen Rotary Encoder entschieden um damit zum Einen die Geschwindigkeit anpassen zu k\u00f6nnen und zum Anderen die Z-Achse hundertstel millimetergenau bedienen zu k\u00f6nnen. Auf dem kleinen Display wird eine kleine \u00dcbersicht \u00fcber die aktuellen Einstellungen angegeben und mit den drei Kn\u00f6pfen k\u00f6nnen wie einzelnen Achsen gehomed werden. Die ganzen Komponenten werden von einem ESP32 gesteuert, welcher auch \u00fcber WiFi eine Verbindung zur CNC-Fr\u00e4se herstellt. Alle Teile habe ich in einem selbst designtem Geh\u00e4use verbaut und mit einem Stromanschluss versehen.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex
