{"id":1755,"date":"2023-09-11T18:42:45","date_gmt":"2023-09-11T18:42:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/howtohomemade.de\/?p=1755"},"modified":"2023-09-11T19:33:01","modified_gmt":"2023-09-11T19:33:01","slug":"aluminium-schild-fraesen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/howtohomemade.de\/index.php\/blog\/aluminium-schild-fraesen\/","title":{"rendered":"Schild aus Aluminium fr\u00e4sen"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Um Herauszufinden wie gut meine CNC-Fr\u00e4se Aluminium fr\u00e4sen kann setzte ich mir als erstes Ziel ein Namensschild f\u00fcr einen Briefkasten zu fr\u00e4sen. Also designte ich das Schild in Fusion 360 und fr\u00e4ste als erstes die Schrift mit einem 90\u00b0 Fr\u00e4ser. Das Problem war nun, dass der Fr\u00e4ser vermutlich zu hei\u00df wurde und so die Alusp\u00e4nen in der entstandenen Nut festklebten. Das Problem lies sich zum Gl\u00fcck mit etwas WD40 als Schmiermittel l\u00f6sen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/howtohomemade.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Nur-Text-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1758\" srcset=\"https:\/\/howtohomemade.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Nur-Text-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/howtohomemade.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Nur-Text-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/howtohomemade.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Nur-Text-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/howtohomemade.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Nur-Text-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/howtohomemade.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Nur-Text-1280x720.jpg 1280w, https:\/\/howtohomemade.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Nur-Text.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Text ausgefr\u00e4st<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Als n\u00e4chstes habe ich mit einem 2mm Fr\u00e4ser die vier 4mm L\u00f6cher zum Befestigen des Schildes gefr\u00e4st. Diese habe ich auch genutzt um das Werkst\u00fcck am Fr\u00e4stisch zu befestigen, so l\u00e4sst sich das Schild gleich in einem Durchgang ausfr\u00e4sen, ohne es nochmal anders befestigen zu
